One on one business training, coaching & mentoring for business owners, CEO's & GM's during Covid 19. Sessions are designed to help understand & prepare financial plans & cash-flow projections for at least the next 12 months. The focus will be on projecting different scenarios to meet any difficulties from Covid 19 that the business is suffering or may suffer from.


Learning Objectives & Outcomes expected will be;

  • Understanding the parameters and drivers of cash flow in the short & longer term of their business. What are our business break even points for profit & cash?
  • Helping address key issues and challenges with operations & reduction in overheads , staffing requirements, customer demand, supply chain etc
  • Preparation of strategies & action plans to supplement the financial plans.
  • Looking at business model modifications & growth opportunities.


The cost of the service is an hourly rate of $250 exclusive of GST with a duration of 8-12 hours.

The delivery mode during lock down will be using either Microsoft teams, zoom or telephone.
